Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, converting potential customers, and supporting the overall sales process. You will be working closely with the marketing and field sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-up.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively present and sell to customers.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up on leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and results for management.
Coordination: Collaborate with the field sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
